How do I change the server to warfare? Here is what I have now.

ElementProviderTypes=(ProviderTag="GameTypes",ProviderClassName="Engine.UIGameInfoSummary")

Is this what I need to change? What should it be?

I dont mean to come across as sounding harsh or anything, but you are not even close there. :) You should stop poking around in various .ini files before you break something that can only be fixed with a complete re-install. I'm just trying to save you some headache.

I suggest you start at the link below and then come back for more specific information. Or, if possible, use the GUI in-game to start a server with the specs you want, then shut it down. Then open your log file and copy-n-paste the commandline that is shown inside the log to use it as your dedicated server commandline.
