instagib is a mutator, translocator is standard, you need a mutator to turn it off

I understand that!! But thats a CTF only option!! Translocator doesnt showup in DM/TDM/Duel?? Anyone know how to turn it on in DM??

sorry, there are several threads here with the same topic, an d all agree that no, it isn't an option.
i checked the UTGame.ini, and there is no mention of a way to enable it.
probably it will take a mutator written by someone in the community to do it.
or epic could include it in their next patch :)
