Yea to a degree.
It can be added to maps. but dont count on it working ingame.
The functionality of the coverlink is probably missing from the UT3Player controller. Also i havent come across the animations that are required.
If it was to work in UT3. it will probably be in the form of a mutator, or in a TC mod.

It won't work. UT3 doesn't support cover like Gears.

I've stated many times that my team is working on an open source cover framework (searching the forums would show that). It is however a low priority and will not be available for some time. It's a lot of work.
