Yes they are and this was the last straw. The other change that was proposed in Epic's "drive us mad" meeting was swapping WASD keys to WASG, but they thought that would be too cruel.

Stupid sentiment I suppose, but I miss the ~ key console. 8 years of automatically reaching for it is an EXTREMELY hard habit to get out of.
