Dual Enforcers ROCK!

I previously posted this before they updated the forums, so i'm guessing it was moved into oblivion.

I have an idea that I think will make dual enforcers more prominent, but the coding is over my head. I tried messing around in utk4 with the A/R, but couldn't figure out how to do it.

I originally thought having enforcers randomly spawn in a map would make a 2nd enforcer more available, but I'm thinking that from a coding standpoint, this may be tricky. I thought of a possibly easier way to achieve the same result.

Here's the idea i had:

Upon death, players drop their current weapon, and also an enforcer. This could maybe be set with some sort of probability. the enforcer spawns 50% of the timem for example. One step further, the probability could be customizable (via the GUI). This will still make the dual enforcers a reward, but it will be more available, and will also allow server admins to prevent ENFORCER OVERLOAD.

If anyone wants to tackle this, feel free! I'd love to see this mut, but my experience w/ uscript is lacking. If anyone does it, let me know and I will gladly host a D/L for it.
