Hi !

I've a litte big problem with the demo ...
in the game, it's awfull ... very bad resolution (I think 320x240 or something like that), absolutely no effet (lighting or other), awful textures, no aa ....

I put the resolution at 1024x768, but it doesn't change anything, and I don't find more video settings in the option menu to fix that problem.
What can I do?

My configuration :

Dell precision M70 (mobile)
Processor : Intel Pentium M 2,13Ghz
2Go DDram
Graphic card:Nvidia Quadro FxGo1400 (drivers updated)

Ps: Sorry for my english I speak french normaly

Quadros are workstation cards....not gaming cards. You can hack them into Geforces though. You can use Rivatuner to install the NVStrap driver and trick the machine into think it's a Geforce. Then you might try using a newer driver.

The thing is, you have a mobile graphics card, and those things have pretty poor driver support.

Your notebook hardware is not good enough. This is right at or below min hardware specs.
Your wasting your time even trying to play it on that antique.

Search the forum for many, many others with same problem. Vista 32 plus 8800 cards = problems.

Start>Documents>My Games>Unreal Tournament3>UT Game>Config>UTEngine.ini
Do a Find for ResY, its close to the bottom. Type in new res values for X&Y, Save, start UT3

This solves the problem!!!!!!!! But note that UT3 is a very resource intensive game which requires good Graphics power...

mm789 try reading the thread listed in my sig for options you can try to get the game running on your notebook. Start with the lowest quality settings you can get, and set the resolution to the native one of your notebook.

What is the brand and model number of your notebook?
