[REQUEST] port Tools to ut3

has anyone ported these tools yet i been looking on the net and cant find anything yet

ut2004mi tool which has a feature to install cache and compress or uncompress files for redirect
and
umake to compile mutators

You might want to wait until the game's released to the rest of the world ;)

I can't promise anything yet, but there's a good chance that my Botmanager/editor will return in some form. Not sure when that'll be, because I've got to get the game first.
I do have some serious time reserved at the end of this year for a project like this though.
