Why? :(
Why would this cause? Ports and restrictions have relations? Who can tell me? Thank you!

you need to register with gamespy and use this login info when you start server..

try to set the port (-port=7777) and "-unattended" in the cmd.

Port is 7777 for sure, i know that bcouse i passed it in the firewall and checked later for traffic.
"-unattended" shouldn't have anything to do with this.

i applied the beta 2 patch and afterwards the dedicated server resists to make an open i-net game. only tells me that it failed to register online services an opening a LAN game only. please help if you have any clue.

That's a known bug. Reapply beta patch 1.

no solution for beta 2 patch out yet?, īcause donīt want to reinstall the whole game all over.

If there was a solution I wouldn't have suggested reapplying beta patch 1. You don't have to reinstall the whole thing.

ok, thanks to slaughter for your help....reverted to patch 1 and everything is back to normal.
