open server command?

open server command in ut consol is it broke in full?

tried and keep getting conection failed, it does look as though it is trying to conect... but then fails.

is this serverside or user side?

or broke?

ok if it helps

f10 ut consol
open server ip

open xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxx

it then goes to load screen as though conecting... and then conection failed...

if any one with full version can try... just makin sure it ant my end
