When i substract or add from a brush to make a room, when i want to make another room alligned at the EXACT same height, if i move the brush with the mouse, i cant allign to the substracted room, allways i can see a little step, is there any way to locate the brush with coordinates?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean, but make sure you have snap to grid turned on. Makes everything much easier.

it sounds as if you are moving the brush in screen space, which is kinda weird. you should be able to movie it on the x and y axis with the widget without effecting the z axis location and keep it the sane height. also, are you using grid snapping? if not that would probably help. also make sure the translation is set to world and not local.

also if to right click while in geometry mode or ctrl right click I can't remember which but it will snap to the nearest grid point just go all the way around and snap the points to the grid only works in 2d mode

when you scale brushes they are sometimes off the grid. so if you do this everything lines up aging.
