hi i have a server but i dont know how to eneble mutators like noweaponsstay and nosuperitems

ive tryed this one:

DM-Arsenal?Game=UTGame.UTTeamGame?MaxPlayers=1?NumPla y=0?MinNetPlayers=1?bShouldAdvertise=False?
mutator=XGame.MutWeaponsRespawn,XGame.MutNoSuperPi ckups?
bUsesStats=True?GoalScore=0?TimeLimit=10?ForceResp awn=1

but it doesnt work out
