UT3 Retail server questions

I have seen some recent post about no Web Admin.

Can Epic please answer this question on Web Admin. Is it coded in the Retail?

Server 2003 you had to make a patch to get the Beta to work on server 2003, But then the server would not show up and many of us server admins spent long hours and posting to help each other out.

Did Epic fix the Server 2003 coding, with it not showing up in UI?

I am sure there are many questions from server admins that are trying to get ready for the release of this game. We just need some answers Please.
