Is it possible? I don't recall seeing anything like this in previous UTs, but they didn't really need it either. UT3's menus may or may not be changed from the demo, and if there is little or no change then I think a menu mod would be very popular. So can it be done?

I cant see why, it would be no different to other online games, all your doing is changing textures/images and changing menu positions/locations, im guessing you can even go as far as modding your hud, also from what ive read it looks like there will be a push for making custom cross hairs if epic hasn't given us enough choice.
