The new Gimp is out, & better than ever!

I don't think Gimp is 100% as good as Photochop (but is better in some ways, worse in others), but at a 95% cost savings over giving your $ to a mega-corp, Gimp is hard to beat (the remaining 5% should be donated (http://gimp.org/donating/)to them).
Are there tutorials out for editing textures, skining, etc for either UT2004 or UT3 around, or even for games in general?
