Hey, if anything this is a success story for Epic in that it proves that even a card like that caOH **** LOOK OUT!

Ok the thing I found about UT3.

If you have great specs, it will look fine.

If you don't, it will look bad.

Most other games still look kinda 'ok' if your specs suck. With ut3 it's like all or nothing.

I suppose the minimum requirements are needed to run the game "starting that is" :p

With most other games, if your specs suck, the game just wont run.
BTW, shock has been whining on these forums because UT3 isn't a graphically enhanced version of UT2004. The fact that you can run the game at all is good lol ;)

Sure I can ... I can pickup those yellow ish pixels which I can use to shoot those moving pixels ... Sometimes I just explode into smaller red pixels and I love shooting green pixels at people ... :p

Just a shame that I have other projects at the moment which require my attention ...err .. money ... so no upgrade for me this year ...

Err .. this IS the only setting I can play at the moment without the game freezing up on me .. And this is no sarcasm .. this is a rather "I take it with humor that my PC sucks" approach instead of whining and complaining ...

If I would report a bug I wouldn't post it in the General section ...

I'm getting somewhat better results on an x1300 though, what's your processor?

Thats the only PC at the moment as my own PC burned down (long story) so I have only a laptop at home ...

As I said : I am not surprised that it won't run so don't even start ....

So if you set screen scaling to 100 in advanced video options it won't run?

Every setting above the lowest crashes the PC once a shot is fired ..

But with that CPU I am surprised I can start it at all ... :p

Yea tried that ... but it is even hard to get this game started .. but I won't enjoy it anyway unless I can play it full blown :cool:

Lets face it, that work PC is just outdated and its just not worth it ....

haha i have the same card and it looks something like that ye. if i turn it higher it will crash aswell. Lucky my dad has a better comp where i can play fine with good graphics.
