I'm wondering if I buy Roboblitz to get the editor if I can start porting some simple mods to UT3 or do I have to wait for the full release before beginning to do this?
Our 2004 VCTF server has a certain feel that our clan is used to. I want to get some basic stuff done first.

I've been told if you open up anything in the RB editor it crashes or gives you an error.
Besides, those are default muts, it'd be silly if not catastrophic to start passing around user made versions.

I've experinced the same on the RB editor.
Besides the RB editor is still not linked to UT3. You're probably going to waste alot of time on stuff that will have no compatibility at all.
UT99, 2k3 and 2k4 versions have had LowGrav and I don't think we have heard that UT3 will not. It's still a beta demo and not the final release.
You are probably best off just getting your 2k4 mods decompiled and sitting in Notepad or another text editor to paste in when ready.....I suspect there will be small differences and it will be a learn as we go process.
