we know that Marcus and Dom are the 2 main characters of this game but Cole and Baird do you think they might be hiding something from Marcus and Dom and maybe they work for the locust in Gears of War 2 as undercover COGS what do you guys think will it be Marcus and Dom vs. Cole and Baird or not

i think baird might be a traitor...it just kinda seems like he would be, like he has kind of an evil look in his face. but that would be cool if at the end you had to fight baird, just like at the end of the first one you had to fight RAAM.

yeah good job peaches this could be set-yp good. Cole betrays you in the middle of the game by firing at marcus, baird and dom then running with the locust. you then meet up with another guy cause fo the 4 person combat. then Baird betrays you at the end killing that one guy. then after you defeat him a cutscene baird is still up and shoots fenix on the ground and dom. Baird is about to shoot Fenix when Cole jumps in the middle. Baird out of bullets wants to chainsaw him and walks up to fenix and cole when dom gets up. Baird then sees Dom and runs away. Dom chases Baird. When Marcus gets up. his gun is jammed so he ask if he can shoot Baird and Dom gives him the gun and kills Baird. Marcus and DOm then forgive Cole who dies at the end of the game

Wait a second what about Hoffman betraying you that could make a good ending Marcus kills him and becomes Colonel promoting Dom up to Sergent. Baird and Cole betray you two and are dead. also 2 new guys are with Dom and Marcus because it's 4 player combat.

Baird and Cole would never betray the COGs. Cole is too pure to do it. Baird is a jackass but would never betray humanity. His evil look on his face is because he feels the people around are stupider then him and he just doesnt like them. Baird would never betray you and Cole wouldnt either. Hoffman betraying you is not going to happen either. Hoffman is the brains of the operation and he wouldnt betray humanity. Remember the Locust kill off all humans they see. I think Fenix that you need to reevluate your questions and concerns. Killing off a CoG wouldnt be cool at ALL! Killing off a traitorous COG/Locust is fine but not a main character.
