Mark when is Gears of War 2 coming out? For the love of god, get something out for next Nov. :) just give us more single player gaming so we can continue on with the story.
Give the guys a raise, and chain them to their desks until it is done ;)

And the fact that Apple is trying to get more and more games for Mac. I will be enjoying gears on my new leopard (when it comes out).

It's coming to the Mac you heard it folks. As for Gears of War 2 I think it's safe to say that it won't be out for 2008. They have their hands full with UT 3 and Gears of War PC. I don't think Epic is a big studio and that's because they're selective of who they hire. They are an elite studio. They take their time and only release when they know it's a quality title.

I bet you heard of the iPod? Apple makes iPods and Macs and iPhones. And no it is not a MAC (another noob mistake). A MAC is something else than a Mac.
Games for Windows Live on a Mac?
Uh...what?

Games for windows live AND Mac. Obviously there will be no windows live support on Mac, only on the windows version.

I realize this thread has been dead for a month now, but I thought maybe Mark would have some more information for us now. With the launch of GOW happening this week for windows, it would be kinda cool if we could get some sort of a timeframe for GOW for OS X. Is it at all possible to happen this year? Or is it probably gonna end up being a GOW2 release when that comes around. I know as a game company it's not something you wish to share, but honestly, is a timeframe really gonna hurt?? If we can't except GOW on Mac for at least a year, I think I will buy the PC version and play through Boot Camp, but I really don't want to wait 6 months just to find out it's going to be another 6 months. Please Mark or someone eligible at Epic, give us just a little more insight at what is going on. Thanks in advance!

I'm getting a Macbook for my 21st and I know it can run Windows XP if you select it at start up.
I'm just wondering, could you play Gears for PC on a Macbook running XP? I don't need perfect graphics, just playable graphics.

Please dont base it only on Leopard cause 70% of the macs wont be running it. I have Panther and it should run GoW just fine.
Also has anyone tried to run other windows games when starting your mac with Bootcamp and Windows Xp?
Also on the windows live, it seems everyone on the PC version has said that live is real buggy and has issues. I just want campaign for my mac, I have a xbox360 for ranked matches.

Hmmm...yes yes it is... I dont see why Microsoft would allow a popular game like GOW go to its rival in the OS war.
My Theory:
I bet Steve Jobs came in with his fancy black turtle neck and jeans and threw a huge wad of iMoney at Epic, who then complained to Microsoft and said they wouldnt allow GOW2 to be on the PC or 360 if they didnt let GOW be avalible for Macs...
*Laughs at Mac gamers* :D

On a Macbook Pro? Yes. On a Macbook or Macbook Air (yep, it's official, check www.apple.com), no. I'm going to be playing this on a Macbook Pro.
