View Full Version : targa textures in UeD2.0?

I have been asked to modify some UT'99 GOTY maps by adding transparent textures. Easy using GIMP to make a targa file for 2k4/ UeD 2.x but I can't get targa to import to UeD 2.0 - anyone have experience with this?

Transparency is a surface property in UT99.

UE1 doesn't support alpha channels or 32bit color depth. Textures have to be 8bit (256 color palette).
