Question: Graphics Card Purchase

Howdy, I had a few questions for some of you about to be ~ UT3 users out there. I know a lot of you use more of the high-performance cards, so I thought this would be one of the best places to ask this question.

I have as of right now, a GeForce 8800GTS with 320 DDR3, and I am thinking of upgrading to the GeForce 8800GTX, with the 768DDR3.. Question is concerning the warranty information on the products, and the actual distributors of this card, which would be the best?

XFX: (which I had with my 7950GT Extreme)
Warranty: I have herd (unable to confirm), lifetime warranty, with 1 year when you transfer the card over to another use (or sell the card to someone else). Now, I am really unsure of this, and could not find warranty information on their main website except for on another card, not the 8800GTX.

Warranty: Supposedly a lifetime warranty, with replacement of parts, etc... But, if you sell the card over to another use, the warranty is voided.

BFG Tech: (Which I have personally never used)
Warranty: Lifetime warranty on parts, labor, etc... But, I believe the warranty is still voided if sold to someone else?

Ok, so my questions are, if anyone would be nice enough to help me out here:
#1. What is the XFX warranty on the 8800GTX?
#2. Who is the best to go with? I mean more-so than personal opinion, but based on the facts per each company?
#3. And in terms of use, and lifetime per these cards what are personal experiences?

How old is your 8800GTS? EVGA offers a 90 step up program. You have 90 days to switch to a more expensive card in which you only have to pay the difference between your current card and the cost of the more expensive card.

Yeah, I did see that.. and it has been under 90days, only thing is the 8800GTX by XFX to me sounds like a better deal, just the way they advertise it to gamers, and keep the 'gaming' feel with the card. Sounds silly but to me EVGA seems like an offbrand of GeForce products with the e-GeForce llineup.. I know this is kinda funny to state, but its just a personal opinion of mine.

I have an XFX 8800 GTX and its great, same with warranty. Just buy it, you won't be disappointed.

yes, but what is the warranty on the 8800GTX XFX.. That is what I need to know really. And if you can link me, or quote it out of your userguide that would be awesome.

Go with either XFX or Evga, you can't go wrong with those two.

if you are willing to shell out 500+ for an 8800 GTX, i HIGHLY suggest you just wait out until the GeForce 9 Series makes an appearence which SHOULD be this fall. I was going to get the 8800 GTX myself until i heard about the 9 series, i'm waiting it out because i know that the wait will benefit considering the price range will most likely be the price of the 8800 GTX's when they came out. 550-650 i'm assuming.

If you read my post, I stated I looked on their website, and did not find the warranty information listed for the 8800GTX. If you could find it, it would be a great deal of assistance.

Where did you hear about the GeForce 9 Series coming this fall if I may ask? And any leak on performance specifications?

i would wait until fall comes as most video cards will price drop (and newer ones may come out)
