when mod making for the PS3 will you get the PS3 engine also or will you need to work within the regular engine?

As it stands, you'd need to buy a PC version to get the editor.

And if you need to test things a PS3 is recommended too, unless Epic decides to include a PS3 emulator or something to the PC version...

from what i understand, you create a mod on the pc, and as said above, and you test the mod on a PS3 or get a friend who has a ps3 to test it with, but its all speculation at this point really. Thats if u were creating a mod to be played on a PS3...
