I dont even have PC GoW, but I'm suprised nobody's posted a finished map yet! I hope the "Lost Arts" map comes out good.

only one or two games out with a UEd atm... Roboblitz and (i am probably wrong on this) Rainbow 6: Vegas for PC.

thus any maps being done would be very bad and out of proportion since there is nothing to gauge them to since no one has seen the GOW maps in UEd.

First it's impossible for them to be finished since no one has the gears ed yet. Second, the maps being made for the map pack are not complete and when they are in the Roboblitz, of course they still won't be complete because none of the gears of war cover gameplay will have been added.

As soon gears pc is released, I'll take advantage of the newest unreal engine and further edit the maps.

Raimbor Six: Vegas edition doesn't ship with the unreal editor. Also, take a look at the unreal technology site, they used the build used for gears of war to showcase examples.

There isn't going to much of a difference between the build of the Roboblitz Ed and Gears Ed [since the Roboblitz Ed is the Gears Ed with all the actors for gears/assets etc gone, basically a simple unreal engine 3 ed] Maybe a small difference between the PC version Ed but not as much as a difference between Ut2004-Roboblitz.

Even Lee Perry has given us info on the cover mechanics/marcus height/etc.

Btw, if you are going to make GoW maps with the Roboblitz Ed:

-Marcus Fenix = 162 unreal units tall with a 50 unit wide collision cylinder

-To be in cover [crouching] the cover needs to be 96 or less units tall and to "climb over it" it has to be less than 96 units
