What's annoying is they closed all the new ones that were opened, redirecting people to one main thread, saying they wanted to keep it isolated to one thread.

Now I went looking for that main thread and found it was closed too, nice.

Gears of War was always going to be released on PC, 360 gamers will have been playing and enjoying Gears for a year before PC gamers get their hands on it.

No begrudging, just trying to petition to get this content on the 360. I don't even care if it's released later after the PC version, at some point I'd just like to play it is all.

It costs way too much to get PC that could run GoW. My PC can barely run WoW.

Just wait till GoW on PC comes out and put together an affordable PC that meets the requirements. The PC I have now which is rather old should be able to handle GoW if it had a decent video card.

And I didn't spend more than 300$ on this PC, which more or less was an upgrade. Just buy a MotherBoard, CPU, and Video Card, you can probably use your previous RAM, HardDisks, Optical Drives, etc.

Every gamer I know got the Halo 2 maps pack for X-Box. So why wouldn't every one run out and buy extra content for GOW. Only a percentage of gamers have X-box live. If it were released like the Halo map pack was, anyone could have it. Epic is in this to get paid. So if they see $ in it. They will do it. They might wait for the PC version's sales figures to fall first, but it'll probably still happen.

I think alot of peeple are forgetting something very basic: New versions of Gears of War = A good thing.

PS - Successful game franchises come out on different platforms with different features. Its just life.

PSS - When they released GOW in 2006, if Epic would have said "Here's the game but if you wait one year you can get the full fetured version" would you have waited? No.

Psh. My graphics card can barely run World of Warcraft, and I can't even upgrade that anymore because my PC will explode if I get a better graphics card. Some of us just don't have those "fixer upper" PCs like the rest of you, so our only other option is to spend thousands on a completely new PC.

Just because your PC may meet the requirements, that doesn't mean it can run the game well. My PC is almost 10 years old and even if I do meet the recommended requirements for the game, it'll probably be craptacular.

the PC content can still be released in like a year. whining doesn't make much sense. And only one of the 2 major whining threads was closed. the other just dropped because nobodies was replying.
