Its not that big of a deal.

If they are aiming that low they already have aiming problems.

And if the torque gets stuck to it then its just bad luck. Shouldn't have even been that close to being shot.

A cape isn't part of the human body (or locust for that matter) so how could it hurt you? I see how a torque bow arrow could stick to it, but a normal bullet. If you were to shoot a cape that someone was wearing with a pistol (or just about any gun) would it hurt the person unless the bullet or bullets (in the case of a shotgun) were to go through the cape and into the person.

Yes, it is pretty stupid when a torque sticks to your cape and you blow up, though this has happened only once it was pretty dumb.

If the torque bow has to be charged enough to stick into a human body then it's got enough velocity to tear through a cape, it shouldn't stick. But screw the physics behind it, ALL PLAYERS SHOULD TAKE EQUAL DAMAGE. That's a rookie mistake by Epic, not having all the skins equally vulnerable. They did a terrible job with that.

if a torque bow i can understand im not with you but if its a gun and it just hits your cape then it shoudlnt but if it goes through your cape and hits your foot than yea but also its kinda cheap then cause people can rarely hit you if you have a cape if your rodie running itd be very very cheap

to me it really don't matter and hell the capes attached to the herons and raam only and if you hit the cape then you can just pretend the bullet or bullts are going through it if it makes you stop complaining about it, although i'm new I'm agreeing with deadsight.

People can make polls on what they want, pointless or not, as long as its in the right topic. If you think its pointless, dont read it or vote. Other people may not share your opinion, seeings as your not king or queen of the world (I hope...).

However there are plenty of other things I prefer them spend there time on.
