I miss the original Assassination already....

What we have now is assassecutionzone not assassination.
It was my favorite gametype to play and now its something of a mutant stepchild.

I guess more people will play it because of the weapon changes but I dont think it will make that many more people play it, and does not make it any better of a game...IMO

Certain gametypes are for certain people/type of players, we dont need to have every gametype trying to cater to them all.

Do the other regular assassination players feel the same as I do or do you welcome these changes?

Are you non assassination players going to start playing this on a regular basis even though the rounds can and will end with just one kill?

But wasn't assassination just warzone with a leader??? Am I not correct and only having to kill 1 guy with a lancer from across the map????? and having to get a leader that is running somewhere while you want a new weapon??? It's better live with it or die.

How many people actually played Assassination? I thought people just played it to get that achievement and that was it. :\ It was a rather stupid gametype.

Assassination was an awesome game....for the people that liked it.
No way are more people going to play it now because of a few tweaks.
So why change it?....it only sucks for the bunch of us that liked to play.
It was also fun because you got matched with the same people on a regular basis, unlike warzone and execution.

I know we dont have a choice but to deal with it, but why change a game around like that after 6 months? To get more people to play it...not gonna happen.

I agree. These dyslexics wouldn't have an attention span of a monkey to enjoy this gametype. The game ends as soon as one kills the general, that means they won't get a lot of kills so they will want to move on to another gametype. That would be the end of Assassination altogether.
