it's now based on the stick direction - press the stick away from the cover and you won't get sucked in.

Annex is really cool, I haven't had a proper chance to play it yet, I only got to try it out in a Private game so far, I couldn't get into a Ranked match.
But its so cool, even the graphics are improved (I think I was a VGA victim :eek: ) I was freaked out with the sounds that came out when the last 20 seconds started to count down, it was sweet.

Hoping to start playing some competitive games tomorrow :D

For those with non-widescreen LCD's - does your output image look good? Is it in true 720p, with the black bars added?

What the hell...Despite the random respawns, people are still managing to spawn kill and it's really annoying.

One thing that is going to take a little while to get used to in Annex, are maps with multiple sniper rifles. The round can last a while so you can be going against a lot of snipers. In a map like Canals, you only have a few spawn points and its very easy if two or more enemies have sniper rifles to just pick you off. With active sniping, two snipers can dominate those types of maps. Otherwise great change of pace with Annex. Team work is a necessity in that gametype. If you try to solo it, you're toast.

I just really wished Epic would have given us lobby options in player matches. :(

Not to mention if you want to run around a corner. You can't make a left turn without pressing left... Thus getting sucked into the corner instead of running around it.:o
