I have read allot of forums but never a solution that was posted worked for me.So the thing that worked for me to get rid of the keyboard and mouse lag was to just use another soundcard(or enable both).I have a m-audio audiophile 24/96 (primary card) and a creative soundblaster live 5.1 and i disabled the m-audio card and enabled the creative live 5.1 and the lag was GONE.After trying some more like enable both soundcards it also worked on the m-audio.So i think that any installed soundcard must be enabled and not disabled (maybe the game itself installs/runs all hardware/software of soundcards on your comp even disabled ones in the game engine.??weird??).If you have 2 soundcards and using ALWAYS 1 you could remove the software of the one you don't use to look if it will work. MAYBE this is also for other hardware/software that are used for playing games like videocards (this i cannot test because i don't have 2 ) that might be the solution for the problem.I hope more people will find this usefull because now i can play it once again :).
