Should Epic change the ranking system?

In order for players to advance up the leaderboards or in rank should the results in ranked games based on team wins and loses or individual player performance.

individual because you might have a random noob on your team that doesnt do as well as the rest of your team.

Team system would be an entirely seperate system. I don't think they should ever do away with individual system.

But team would imply a party system of at least two.

With Gears, it definatly has to be individual
