Heya all,
I just bought a copy of Unreal Tournament 2004 DVD Edition (including mega bonus pack and editor's choice maps), then patched it to v3369 with the file from the Epic Games site. I then attempted to launch UT2004, and it gives me a popup error box saying, "Your CD key appears to be invalid." with a prompt to reinstall the game. I have triple-checked the key with the registry entry and am sure it is not typo'd. My googling seems to indicate this is a silly default error message rather than the actual issue. I have tried running it as an administrator, under XP SP2 compatibility mode, and both together, but it still isn't working. Does anyone know how to get it to work? I've seen people on other forums mention they have run this under Vista (I own a retail copy of it), so I know it can be done.
Thanks for any help!

EDIT: I did email through the tech support link, but they said it could be 7-10!!! business days before even receiving an initial response. I hope there's a simple fix to this.
