What music do you listen to while playing GoW

Hey, anyone got any like heavy metal or hard rock music they jam to while crushing poeple on GoW. Any music would be appreciate, I wanna jam to something while blasting locust to bits...

Gears of war is one of the few games that I prefer to leave the in-game music running. However for a game like F.E.A.R. which I bought only a month before I got GoW, I hated that damn music so much I listened to pretty much anything I had in my iTunes library, you see I stream my music, pictures and movies from my Mac Mini via wi-fi using NullSoft's Connect360 software for Mac OS X to allow Mac users to stream their goodies to their 360s. If I do listen to my own music, its mostly Ozzy Osbourne stuff.

oh right, so you can say that my taste of music is lame or weak? i didnt make fun of your taste in music, infact im sure you have a better taste in the genres you posted than most of the others that claimed to like it. i just find it amusing when i enter a thread about what music people like, it ends up being a death/black metal fest, with people boasting that they like heavier music than the next guy.

A7X was never metal.

i know they arent metal, theyre metalcore, but most people who arent into metal just consider them death metal lol. so i dont even bother classifying bands like that anymore. its just pump up music to me, makes me go wild (back when a7x was actually good)

haha, yeah, there are alot of black metal fans here, makes me kind of laugh, because I can't stand 80% of metal now, all sounds the same

Mind you, the musicianship is through the roof, I just get really bored.

On that note, I like the punkier stuff as well, on top of my previously mentionned Iron Maiden, ubt like I said, I don't listen to music when I game, too distracting.

Oddly enough the doom games soundtracks. I can't explain it but they just work best with me while I'm trying to be competitive. The catchy repetitive tune just works well while shooting things. I don't get too into the music and not talking to my team mates and all in all it just works.

I don''t really like listening to music. I like hearing the footsteps and gunshots from opponents to determine their location.

Although I think the dillinger escape plan is good. Crazy with alot of time signiture changes.
