When can we be expecting a Gears of War Demo on the Xbox Live Marketplace?

What would be the reason for one? Pretty much everyone interested in the genre with a 360 you think would have rented or bought it already.

Are there actually people who have 360's who are still contemplating whether they want this game or not? It's been out coming up on a month.

Hmmm.... maybe.
Could be a good research question for that Psychology PhD.
There has been nothing announced.

I always believe in testing the game first, no matter what I hear on how amazing it is. Especially when I hear about the freezing problems it has been having.

just because it doesn't freeze for you in particular doesn't mean it's problem free for everyone......

If you want to try it out right away, you'll probably need to give it a rent.
I believe they will come out with a demo, but I don't think it will be soon (within the next two months).
I believe they won't have a demo out soon because they had to delay UT, and I think right now they are turning their attention and resources to getting that out the door.
I could be wrong here, because there's a chance that the GoW team has nothing to do with the UT team, but I find that somewhat hard to believe.
Just my $0.02...
Also, if you're worried about freezing, a demo will (probably) not help with that. Most problems people are encountering seem to do with small defects in the disks...
