Yes it is happening. I'm sure everyone expected a sequel, but a trilogy gets me totally hyped. I love Gears of War (still not better than Halo 1 or 2) and I can't wait for these games to come. Linkage (http://news.teamxbox.com/xbox/12297/Microsoft-Inadvertently-Confirms-Gears-of-War-Trilogy/)

Microsoft is really bringing some great exclusive games to the Xbox 360. Three Halo games and three Gears of War. Forza Motorsport 2 looks pretty sick also. Also Rare is bringing some nice exclusives such as Banjo Kazooie.Mant people said that for this generation Microsoft was going for quality not quantity. Well it seems to me like they're bringing both.

U like Halo 2 and halo better than this? Dam dude gears of war is best game i have ever and will play in my life

when you complete the game, its pretty ovious there will be a new game, like a film ending premature to leave it open for a new game

Yeah thatīs right ! Thereīs no option but to have a sequel ! I hope the Epic dudes are already workinīon it ! I canīt get enough of Fenix & Co. Finally I have mastered ****head RAAM ! But the final sequence is a bit disappointing, I have expected more covering of the whole story that is behind GoW. Anyway, GoW is among the best games ever ! I love Masterchief too, but hey, versus Fenix he is a schoolboy !!!

I cant wait to see what kind of new things they are going to try to bring to the table with the Second and then the 3rd one ..

I jsut hope this time around they do a two storyline deal .. Kind of like Halo ...

Have you play throw it with Marcus and earths team , even having 5 acts would still be great .

Then have a second storyline to it , where you play as the enemy and get thre half of the storyline as well .

I would also like for them to build the Locust there own version of the Chain Saw gun , Maybe even something a little more extreme , a new weapon of somekind just for the Locust ...

I also love the Bow thing , but i would love too see a Cross Bow with a few diffrent kind of Airs for it ..

i just want to see the game be a bit bigger more levels, possibly a multiplayer with bots for people without xb live....

They had better not take 3 yrs to make the sequel as although I love the game I don't think i'll care about the story or Marcus by then !! A year from now would be a good (but unrealistic) time to bring out GOW2 !
