Looks really good man. If I had any critique, it'd be that they look a little "too clean", gears is a very gritty-styled game, but if that's not what you were going for, then it looks great!

Yeah everything is originally drawn, but the faces are just traced over from photos. It's the quickest and best way to do it. It looks way more like them than if I try to sketch it out.
