I just started Act 4 and right when i begin the camera kinda stutters or lag. Cuz i ran forward then my character looked like the camera pulled him back and every now and then when i run not charge the camera stutters is this normal

It shouldn't be normal. I can't say I've experienced any kind of lag like that at all.

But then many people have had problems with their disks, so it may simply be that.
