The Creature You See After You Beat The Game (SPOILER Probably)

I just beat the game on Casual (and working on Hardcore). For everyone else who has done this you see a flying creature being ridden by what looks like a high-ranking locust. This happens after you beat RAAM and set off the Light Mass Bomb. All of the tunnels collapse, but you hear what I have heard some call the "Queen" Locust's voice speaking of how the locusts will never be defeated (*HINT* = sequel...COUGH...). Can anyone please stipulate on the background or origin of this creature or its rider?

i thought the flying thing was just another Reaver...

To me, it looked like a Seeder with Reaver tentacles, maybe that's what it was.

Designer #1: "We need a new creature at the end, how about a Reaver?"
Designer #2: "No, it needs to be new."
Designer #1: "Well I don't know what to do."
CliffyB: "Put a Seeders head on a Reaver."
Designer #1 and #2: "Cliffy, you've done it again!"

And that's the story of the creature at the end of the game....

Is that so? The Nazgul really have lowered their standards for new members. On a serious note, do you guys think we'll fight one of those in the next game? I guess it's pretty much guaranteed. Although, what I really want to battle is that big mofo that chases after the APC when you complete the portion in Fenix's estate.
