Here is a wallpaper I made from 3 different screenshots from Gears.
I'm working on another version with more Locusts surrounding Marcus. But I wanted to do this simple version first and see what you guys thought. Any suggestions?
The image is made for my monitor and settings so I hope it doesnt give anyone any problems. It is 1280 X 960.

Thanks guys. I am working on improving it atm. I'm finding little things I don't like here and there.
I put the ammo at the top unpurpose to give it the game feel, but I may remove it.
I'm adding more and more locusts to the scene as if Marcus is surrounded. I'm also taking out the text.

I like the ammo meter up top. It's different.
...if you decide to keep the text, I wold move it away from the center (focus point) of the pic and also remove the period (.) at the end of the text.
Looks good though man.
Edit: (I just realized I am a few months late on this topic. :) )

I suggest you mess around with the lighting, especially on Marcus. It would make it more interesting, realistic, and dramatic.
