DISABLING music instead of just muting?

Hey, I mute the music in UT2004. I was wondering if there was a way to disable the music entirely, in order to get a few more frames. This is especially important to my 2nd PC I use during LAN games [1.8GHz P4, FX5900].

Ok, the only thing I could really gain from that was lowering the channel from 32 to 16, but I guess every litte bit helps on such a dated processor.

you could try the

-nomusic CMD-line

for instance { set this in you ut2k4 shortcut as the Target add the -nomusic}

C:\UT2004\System\UT2004.exe -nomusic
