Well folks, I just spent the past week or more creating my second montage while really making an effort to craft something unique with high production values. Anyhow, this file is about 27 MB and may take a few minutes to download - but should be well worth your time.

The kills were ok, but the editing etc was the best, mad props for that. Looks like a lot of hard work went into it.

Thanks Riddled! Ya, I agree that the majority of the kills were lackluster at best, but I could only use what little footage I captured since my hard-drive is running on empty. Also, I rarely use the Rocket Laucher when playing this game - but did for some reason in the footage. Since Light Characters are prone to die easily, the RL helps even up the score a bit. Hopefully during my next montage I'll have a few Flak Monkeys in there.

Nice Editing. As a light you want to make more use of your armory. You should probobly hold off a lil' longer until you get footage that your proud of. Im also not reeealy sure what Blade 1 and Necris Selket have in common as far as character structure. I was also hit by a huge dose of Dae-ja-vu. This will contribute to the newer members of the game since there is alot of basic tact involved. [face_mischief]

I'm hoping someone can help me out with a quick question please. Alright, I decided to burn my Montage onto a CD-R and this process used up 700 MB for each CD burned. The software mentioned Required / Available working folder space (C:) and then used up that hard drive space when I burned the disk.

Anyhow, I burned 2 CDs and this claimed over a Gig worth of memory. Huh? Why in the world does burning a CD Movie use up that space - and better yet, where on my Hard Drive is that memory stored? I've searched the Web looking for answers, yet found myself even more clueless than before. If anybody knows what I'm talking about, please help!

Now that's what I call a great montage. Dude, not only did you capture my favorite movie ("Blade"), but you also captured some of my favorite music genre (techno/trance) in there. Your gameplay was good, and I saw some professional vid/editing there. Exceptional work.[face_peace]

Thanks for the kind words Shred, Acid, and Callisto, I'm really glad you enjoyed it. I've been having an absolute blast creating these montages - as it gives me the opportunity to be creative in a whole new light.

I still feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone when it comes to this game. It's one of the best damn games ever created, imo....yet no one outside of this small community really cares. I made the comparison on another board I frequen...it's like I slipped into some wacked out alternate reality, where in 1991, Street Fighter 2 just came out....and nobody cared, and it did not single-handedly save the arcade scene....or to compare it to movies...this is like an alternate universe where Goodfellas just came out...and everyone said "what? that movie sucks." I just don't get it. Apparently people are content to play Madden for the 30th time, or the 10,000th(*in just the past 3 years) slow ass WW2 themed shooter. The gaming community sucks.

thanks for the repost...yeah, that was a cool vid...it showcases the stylish-kill aspect of this game, which is one of the major qualities I think sets it above most other games released in the past several years. I love the unparalleled manuverability/agility of the characters, all the super powers/abilities at play, the resulting interesting depth/strategy, the design, etc.

im sorry i cant say anything good about this montage.... the kills we all average... the editing was a farse you tried to put to many effects in and made it too crowded. sorry but thats just my opinion

Hey, you're entitled to your own opinion and I'll indeed respect that. However, this montage wasn't meant to be a Triple AAA Hollywood caliber film - it's an amateur montage, that's it.

The kills were only average because I only captured 3 matches that evening because of hard-drive space. Your whole comment about the editing being a farse is a jealous statement - that's just my opinion. Anyhow, I'll be waiting for you to create something better.

i have made a Uc2 montage.. but i used a webcam to film it so the quality is worse than any thing ive ever seen... my editing was done in wmm and was proberbly better because i didnt try to over crowd it and stick too many effects in their. Look at augys they are a good example of good editing without too many effects

Unfair...I have the same thing..I love the face plate but I always get finger prints on mine....I can't watch your mont but I bet it's good.

Thats a nice solid plate and skin. Im lookin for sumthin' of the same style but like a bluish and green warp design, when I get mine soon.

Thanks fellas, my 360 needed to be snazzed up somehow, so I figured that Chrome would ultimately do the trick. I was also thinking about creating a UC2 skin faceplate cover from Tego.com, but basically scrapped that idea for now.
