Please list what ALL the adreniline powers do

This is a lot to ask I know but honestly I have no idea what half these adreniline powers do or how to use them. Call me a noob or whatever but i'm confuses. I mean wtf is malcoms sentinel doing floatin around me. Does repulse even work and if so in what situations. What exacty is the purpose of wraith besides the fact that they can't lock on, I only use it cause I think it makes my character look cool lol. What does devistations head torret do? I have little knowledge of the effectiveness of these powers and more so i primarily use heal. They are there for a reason so I want to be able to utilise my character's full potential so a quick guide would be nice.

If you bought the game, look in the manual that came with it, and look near the end. It has all the abilities(even the bots).
If you dont have it, i'll scan a copy.

i bought my version off eBay, it didnt come with a manual. coure i already know what most of the adren do, but i still dont know a few, mostly the Juggs adren
