It will never appear on the PC.

Using a mouse and keyboard would actually hinder the playability of this game.

They would need to double the speed since it would be too easy to aim on the PC with that slow of gameplay.

There is no UC2 for the PC but stay tuned for news on further Unreal games. E3 is just around the corner.
