Starting organized, mature, structured clan - website and more

I haven't even played UC2 yet, tomorrow will be my first day... but as I do with every game, I'm going to start a new clan with the goals of setting up a mature organized community. If you dislike people talking trash over the internet or listening to 7 year-olds whine when they can't win even if they have (from what I understand from reading) the best characters like Raiden then this clan might be what your looking for. Don't mistake us for some pansy community though. Aside from the above this clan will be dedicated to working to become the best and will follow a very detailed structure. Things such as clan name, theme, hierarchy, ect. are still up for debate. I will be designing a website for this clan, possibly in php-nuke (at least for starters to get us rolling) and potentially in flash fully equipped with forums and other features. Anyone interested in starting this clan with me or wants more information please reply here or to my email.

If you want some idea of what this clan's structure will be like, here is a link to the Halo 2 clan I belong to. www.swordoflaban.net - I'm aiming for something of this sort, although probably less "friendly" since Unreal games tend to be more violent and bloody. I mean it's hard to explode someones head and then say "good try, keep it up" ya know. We're going to be brutal at most times.

im not totally terrable....but i have my rounds where i feel like i sould sell the game. i dont have many rounds of wins.......i usually only play dm...cause i dont have a team to roll with....

i use either malcom, broke, gorge and devestation....if i feel like dying lots.
