Rumor circulating the the unreal engine is near completed for backwards compatability for the Xbox 360. So maybe soon we'll see UC2 on the lineup for emulation on the new console.

Unfortunately, UC2 wasn't popular enough to expect a sequal. I've heard BC work is still being done, but it may be a while. UC2 was a later-gen Xbox game, so it may take a bit to get the emulator just right for it.
