Fighting the lag

As many of you probably noticed (if you've played a game with more than 4 people,) this game has a massive lag problem. In some servers it's impossible to get a single kill no matter how good you are. In order to fight the lag please turn your gore option to, "no gore." This will eliminate about 50% of your lag and if everyone in the game does it it takes away all most all the lag. So for the good of your self and everyone you're playing with PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR GORE.

Well i dont have the game yet but,....:( but im getting it tommorow..:)
and ill make sure i turn down my gore level

Something tells me Epic made the gore client-side since it's just a special effect, and therefore it would have absolutely no change on any lag you might experience, unless the server did it.
It could however improve your FPS, since your computer wouldn't have to render as much stuff.
I could be wrong I suppose, but if Epic really made all the little gibs be server-side they'd be nuts! :)

I think your right retodon...Epic made sure to make the gibs as little as a online prob as possible.,
