Do Disconnects hurt your rank?

I was in a laggy game and I disconnected.

Would it be best to take the loss with the lag or disconnect?

Which one hurts stats more? Or do they hurt stats at all?

I am wondering the same... I got quite a few disconnects, because I had to restart the xbox due to the game freezing on me... 3 times so far...

How do you look up stats on players that are not on your friends list?

I have 45 disconnects and ONLY had the game freeze up on me once...
i know I got about 11 of them from leaving games I hosted before they started (bot setup was screwy) though that really shouldn't count.. but just now I played for a couple of hours with no problems... when i was done my total of D/C was 45

I'm not too worried about stats or anything.. i'd just like an explanation if possible as to why this is happening

its just a measly diconnect point who cares.... just keep your kill/death ratio good and win your games and you'll be fine...

In your stats window there is a field for Wins, Losses, and Disconnects. Disconnects don't count as a loss but they are counted.

i want to make a pt. about D/C my friend i checked his stats he's 40 wins and 2 losses get this hes godlike but heres the funny part he's got 49 disco how can u be god like if ur disco are higher then all ur wins put together now thats "gay". if ur gonna have skill rankings and not normal rankings 123... and so on. then you should not post godlike skills with discos that high. or everyone all they have to do is disco everygame thats cheap. im tired of spending money on games that are 50 bucks and more and the scoreboard sucks.

Hurt your rank or not that's a stupid thing to have in your ranking considering all the lag and lock-ups/freeze's people are having.

I think they go on your stats as disconnected. It doesnt count as a loss. But ppl will get the idea
