I use speed if I'm a flag runner but never nimble, maybe if it didn't slow you down and lasted longer, and had a few more jumps I would. That might sound over powered but at the moment if you use it your begging to get shot as you slowly fall to the ground.

IDK, Selket is soo fast to begin with. I'd keep the two bars and flash when I need to.

Nimble if fun when using a sniper rifle, nothing like floating down from up on high popping heads as you go.
