How do i get the circle around my enime so i can see him. you know the orange thing that gose around your ememy

just to add on to that , is there any way to unlock from the guy? I'lll turn away and start aiming at sum1 else and all of a sudden I'll end up targetting the original guy. I also tried looking at sum1 and pushing the right thumbstick in again to target that guy, nothing happens.

Just click the thumbstick again, it wont switch it but it will take it off.
