Post this in the UC2 forums. Well hes a he of course. It says it right? The unknown is there to make people ask stupid questions they already know the answers too :). DOes Szalor look like a chick to you? i didnt think so.

Szalor is only in UC2, and that's the only game that has its own forum and shouldn't be discussed here, but OK.

Basically humans aren't sure of the finer details of Skaarj reproduction, so the individuals' sexes are unknown.
"He" just is the default for these situations I suppose.
One of the robot characters that's inspired more by the human females shape is also called a He, since it's not really a female, and... I think internally Epic got confused as well. :)
Another robot character which is quite clearly inspired by human females is called a She though.

As for the Skaarj, the only thing that's known is that they have a Queen that spawns Skaarj Pupae, basically baby Skaarj that still look completely different before they grow up to their adult size.
(An Epic artist I think it was suggested reproduction happens through their tusks somehow, considering the Skaarj don't have any visible, familiar looking reproductive organs, but I'm not sure that can be considered canon.)
The Queen is considered female, the rest is considered male.
Maybe UC2 will give us some backstory about this... I certainly hope one of the Unreal games will!

Szalor is a he, before the ''Unknow'' thing, there was a Sex: Male so dont worry.

al Skaarj are male, but theres also a female class, thats called the Queen. the Queens, well, better if i give you a link of where i explain all this.

also the Skaarj females have the human female characteriscs, same with the male, they have male human body form.

I admit I didn't finish the original Unreal, and we've talked about this a number of times, but I really don't think the details about how the Skaarj reproduce are mentioned in Unreal anywhere.
You just meet tons of Skaarj, a whole bunch of Pupae, the (a?) Warlord and finally the (a?) Queen in person.
That doesn't really prove anything.

it does, and yes, im a Skaarj addict, the warlord is a genetic alteration as far as i know. I can tell you i know about the skaarj as Epic does :P j/k but im not far.

skaarj come from eggs, they use the term "queen" so basically they have no gender and they are so cute when they are born...

the males are which are genderless. not the queen, theres also a kindof King, the WarLord.
