Did you guys hear that on May 12th on MTV there is gonna be an hour long show unvailing the new XBOX? I can't wait!! :)

I been hearing some good things about the specs of the XBOX 2 one of them is that it supports the new PPU chip. If so it might be able to play Envy without a problem,

Envy will be only available for PC.
like UC series are avaible only for Xbox.

It will probably be like $400 when it first comes out, but I'm not quite sure about that. Maybe even $300, but I'm sure that eventually it will cost $200 just like every other system did after a while.

I'll probably pick up a 360 (stupid ****ing name) around the time that Gears of War is released and not before (unless there are some amazing titles at E3 this year).

I think Microsoft doesn't want the system to seem behind the PS3 if they went with XBOX 2. So naming it XBOX 360 gives them somewhat of a 3. Maybe I'm wrong but its the only reason I can think of that would make them put such a lame name on it. I seen lots of companies doing the version number jumps just so people will pick there product just because it has a higher number. Look at the sports games that have 2006 yet its 9 months before 2006. Same way with car companies. You can get a 2006 model way before 2006, that just seem wrong to me.

Xbox 360 to be backwards compatible... Maybe? from the sounds of it the HDD version of XBOX 360 will be able to play XBOX games.
