I've read that before ages ago and I have to say it was totally worth reading again, perfectly written and very interesting walkthrough of the making of Unreal1 and the start of the Unreal Engine. (written when the first Unreal Tournament was hardly even a rumour, just a possibility that there was a multiplayer add-on to Unreal1)
