why wont selkets secret coup de grace work

i have tried her coup de grace about 300 times against bots and about 100 times against real ppl. when i frezze them i run right up to they and press:
X then Y then Down then A then A then Left trigger then Right rigger. what am i doing wrong

You have to do it at a certain speed.
